Fenats!

Just came home. 10.45pm to be exact. Belum mandi ni masham. :D

At last! I went to the gym today. I did some workout for about 1hr 15 mins. Enuf la. First day after a long time ok. Sure esok sakit badan. Have mercy la. I used to be on treadmill for 30 mins and cross trainer for 1hr. And with resistance machines after that. La ni cepat sangat penat. Uwaaaaaaaaaa. I put on some weight. I aint gonna tell how much. But I put on....uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Penat2 I lost 12kg. Now I have to get serious again on my workouts. I used to be almost like a gym freak. Pantang ada masa terus ke gym. Now? Nak wat camne. Dah kene penyakit. ermmmm penyakit yang bahaya sangat. Kalau dah kene mmg susah la nak baik. Nak tau ke penyakit ape? Penyakit MALAS! huhuhu...

I met my instructor. I said, "sueeeeeeee....I put on weight laaaa. Uwaaaaa....". Then i told her how much i put on. She was like, "Ya Allah, susah2 je i kuruskan u". I told her that im going to Bali and i will be on track once im back la. My cousin is getting married on the 22nd of June. Hopefully i can lose some weight la. She ask me to continue my personal training. No fulus la! Maner nak korek fulus ni. RM110 per session tau. Gilaks! Miskin i camni. Errrr anyone kind enuf to sponsor me? Hehehehe

Petang did nothing la. Lepak2 in aunts house. Massaged her leg. Her cartilage is gone. Her left knee is quite bad. I dont know how she gonna walk in Bali with her leg like that. As soon as we come back from Bali she has to go in for a surgery.

Im tired. Sleepy! mucuk!

Let me check whats new on Malaysia Today and other portal. Wanna do some ciplaks work. Ihiks. Then nak mandi then tido. Mata kenot tahan la very da sleepy.

Berikut ialah beberapa tips untuk menyelesaikan bau badan. Mucuks!!

1. Mandi sekurang-kurangnya 2 kali sehari dan lap dgn tuala yg kering serta bersih.

2. Selepas bersenam (kat gym) biasakan mandi. Sblm itu minum lebih banyak air dan selepas itu lakukan proses pendinginan (bukan peniduran).

3. bagi yang tidak menggunakan pewangi, gunakan la bedak ke atau deodorant yang mengandungi anti cakteria atau anti perspirant.

4. Pakai pakaian bersih dan kering .

5. Jika perlu, cukur bulu di bahagian yang senang terkumpul peluh seperti ketian dan bahagian alat sulit.

6. Gunakan sabun anti-septik bagi membersihkan tubuh terutama di bahagian yang tertutup.


Sekian, amalkan lah selepas work-out di gym, pasti tak mucuk!! lagi. :)
